1. Transportation process
Order closing time is 6:00 pm (EST) every day.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Most orders are processed within 1-3 days of placing the order. Orders placed on weekends and some holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed, it will take approximately 7-15 business days for delivery. There may be delays beyond our control such as weather, customs, and postal service delays.
If we are unable to process your order due to incorrect or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed for an additional 3 business days. In some cases, your order may be canceled.
2. Shipping Fees
We offer fast and convenient shipping for a flat fee of $6.99 on all orders. We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible and delivering it safely to you.

We work with USPS to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. USPS is one of the leading shipping providers in the United States, known for its reliability and extensive network. We are committed to using their services to provide you with the smoothest and most convenient shopping experience.
5. Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.
6. Lost Package
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package, but we are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.
7. Damages
Hermiston is not responsible for any products damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a damaged order, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue and making it right. If the package is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. What should I do if I receive the wrong/damaged product?
We apologize in advance if you receive the wrong product. Please email [email protected] to let us know, including a photo of the damaged product and your order receipt number.
We will provide you with a return label and send the correct product.
