Labels and packaging: All products must be returned in their original packaging and labels.

Items that are not returnable: Products that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer and products that are on special promotion or discount (unless otherwise stated).

3. What is the return process?

To return a product, please follow these steps:

Step 3: Package the product securely and send it to the address we provide in the instructions.

4. How long does it take to refund?
