3. Returns Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:

7. Undeliverable Addresses & Returned Packages
In the event that a package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being received, we will refund you minus the original shipping cost. If you would like us to resend the item, you will need to place a new order. To avoid these issues, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
